Using the same pot for both mixing and spraying, the 3M Paint preparation System creates a radically new, completely closed system which is safe from outside contamination. The system replaces traditional paint mixing pots and filters, and drastically reduces the amount of solvent needed for gun cleaning. Comprised of mixing cups, liner bags, lids with built in filters, and locking rings. As freshly filtered paint is dispensed, the liner bag collapses, allowing the gun to function at any angle. Expensive, unused paint can be saved by removing and capping the liner bag for storage. 3M Paint Preparation System saves on cleaning solvent by up to 70% and can improve operator efficiency by as much as 15%. |
