How to use the full sysytem:
Apply small amount of 3M Fast Cut Plus (50417) to the panel. If you are using a new Compounding Pad 50487 work compound into pad before applying to panel.
Place pad onto the panel and using a rotary polisher work a small area at a time. Reapplying compound when moving to a new area.
Attach a High Gloss Polishing Pad 50488 to your rotary polisher and apply the Perfect-it III Extra Fine Compound ( 80349) to the pad. Place the polishing pad onto panel and start the polisher machine moving across panel until high shine is seen.
To reduce swirl marks apply Perfect-it III Ultrafina SE (50383) to the paint surface working in half metre squares at a time, then using Perfect-it III Ultrafina SE high gloss polishing pad 50388 start with medium pressure to remove swirls/ holograms, then less pressure to achieve best possible finish. This product is designed to stay liquid in use so finally remove liquid residue using a Polishing Cloth (MCF1).
